This secluded block can be the ultimate weekender or hideaway. Private and quiet, it is also suited for a hunter being located on a “deer highway”.

There is no dwelling entitlement, but current rural zoning (RU1) allows for construction of a farm shed either as exempt development, compliant development, or via DA through the council.
Access is from the River road via unsealed track over Crown reserve, and this is the legal access. However, physical access needs improvement. There is one section which can only be crossed on foot due to a gully having been washed out. Please refer to a diagram included.
